The Console was the front facing platform for providers. Just like for the patients, Console, was designed carefully to ease workflow and not overload current work. This made it simple to view todays appointments and review upcoming Guides for a more informed conversations
Once login in, providers can see a full list of their patients in alphabetical order, with some details; first name, last name, email, MRN, and details about their invitation
When clicking on view more, you will be able to see the patient full invitation details and freedom to resend or sent a new one.
This page displays a full list of appointments for today in time ordered. On the right side the full patient answers coming in from their Guide, whether it's complete or not. This information gives the provider details on patients needs.
